1. Donations

• All donations made to My Foundation are non-refundable.

• We do not return donations once received, as they are allocated toward ongoing programs and beneficiary aid.

• If a donation is made by mistake or is duplicated, please inform us within 6–7 working days.

• Verified cases will be refunded via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

2. Event or Sponsorship Refunds

• If an event is canceled by us, sponsorship or registration fees (if any) may be refunded or reallocated.

• Voluntary withdrawals from events or programs are not eligible for refunds.
