As a nonprofit organization, My Foundation does not sell physical goods. However, we may deliver donation receipts, certificates, and event materials to our supporters or beneficiaries.

We do not offer product sales or logistics/shipping for merchandise.

2. What We Deliver

• Donation Receipts – Emailed immediately after successful transactions

• Acknowledgment Letters / Certificates – Sent to volunteers, sponsors, or donors (on request or during campaigns)

• Event Materials – Shared during or after campaign participation (if applicable)

3. Delivery Timeframes

• Email Deliverables: Within 1–3 working days

• Physical Materials: Within 7–14 working days (only if announced and applicable)
